4. Yes, it's Israeli spyware used by governments to track and kill dissenters and others.

I think it may have been used by MBS to track and murder Khashoggi. I also remember reading about a dissenter in Canada who was murdered. In the hands of the Trump administration, it will be a dangerous tool.

It can also be used to track and police women who leave red states for abortions so they can be prosecuted. Or they can be tracked even when leaving the country for an abortion. Things are about to get really ugly.
