But there's still a long list of other terrible people with law degrees to pick from. What about "Judge" Jeanine Pirro, or Alina Habba? Or Rudy Giuliani? I don't think you're actually required to have an active (non-disbarred) law license to be AG, since you don't make court appearances.

I think Gaetz was the sacrificial lamb to be used as "Dems got that one scratched, now give Trump all the rest!"

And near the end of the 4 years after the damage, she will be appointed Supremacy court judge.
Uncle Thomas will get a big TIP (tax free) to hang on 3 more years.

Thats her reward. There are three to four seats tsf can pop.

Thomas and alito are ready to retire. Roberts could be "convinced", just like kennedy was, and sotomeyer isnt healthy.

Replace those 4 with racist homophobes in their 40's and its lights out.

Everyone will be so relieved it was not Gaetz.

Must have been the plan all along.

AG is only for the four years.

Unless, of course, he decides to be dictator forever and she never displeases him.

Where is the dem leadership? I haven’t heard a fucking thing from anyone. I guess they can’t talk to me now that my money isn’t needed.

Gaetz got what he wanted. The ethics report buried forever since that is the deal that was probably cut.

And other MOCs of congress who were implicated in the report are protected as well.

Now some other horrid GOP pick can slide in with no pushback whatsoever.

It was a good plan for them.

I don't think so. The only job she'd leave her current one for is supreme court justice.

Chris Kobatch, can’t remember if he’s the AG of Kansas or Indiana, but he’s the one who tormented the doctor who did the abortion on the 10 year old rape victim from Ohio.

Hate his guts.
