Based on eyewitness descriptions of him as practically never being sober, I actually think he would do the least harm. His memory is probably shot. He probably lacks initiative. I think he'd just tie himself up in knots and lack the furtive vengefulness that characterizes these guys like Mike Davis and the Heritage Foundation crowd. I can't envision him embarking on some kind of crusade the way I can with others.
