Yes, Hannibal Lector is a fictional character, but one that Trump seems to be drawn to. And this seems to be one of his defining traits.
The only thing we can be sure of is that he will fill his cabinet, ambassadorships, and every other key position with some of the worst demons imaginable.
Which leaves us with the question to which no one has the answer. "What do we do about it?"
