It's less soul-crushing than having to admit voters preferred Trump's lies to Harris' truths.

If not, how do you know there is no merit to these allegations? And where is the harm to people following this through?

That he's just seamlessly moved on isn't a good look. He should have at least attempted to explain that little problem.

12. It is a situation where the experts don't have access to the ballots

They would need that to prove or disprove the suspicion about the irregularities. Along with the proven interference in 2016, the bomb threats, Trump and Musk’s bizarre behavior and threats, it is worthy of investigation. If we don’t have secure elections, we have nothing.

I don’t care if you don’t believe it happened, but there is much to recommend an investigation.

13. He's essentially admitted he didn't know what he was talking about in his original "duty to warn" letters

Those letters made a big deal about purportedly fabricated "bullet ballots". A number of us repeatedly pointed out that his claims made no sense and were essentially plucked from thin air. We were met with push back from folks saying we couldn't know that and only a recount would show whether we were right or he was.

Well, this is what he has to say about "bullet ballots" now: "it appears something other than Bullet Ballots is at play. Drop that line of thinking. "

Having been so completely off base with his "bullet ballots" theory, why should be believe there is any merit anything else he has to say. For example, he still says that his concerns about "undervotes" still remains. But his now discarded bullet ballot theory was his undervote theory and even in this most recent posting, he offers no further explanation of --or even any further reference to -- the supposed "undervote" issue

And he's been wrong for 20 years, but keeps trotting out the same lines every cycle. I suspect Spoonamore will be giving him some competition.

If you've been watching this (as I have been) for two decades, you will recognize the same tired conspiracy theories. Only the party alleging the conspiracy changes.
