I think I am getting throttled on the amalgamation

sites I go to to get content. I know I am not alone. Most of the stories I see are often 2 days old. I guess the algorithms have changed. Don't expect much in the way of OPs from me. I'm trying to dig but not finding much.

on two sites I visit regularly have changed. YouTube is definitely offering me different stuff, and, two of the Ukraine news sites I have depended on have been deplatformed from YT.
