like pardoning all minor drug possession convictions.

Or some executive action that helps Americans but wouldn't get through Congress.

Why not? What has he to lose? The MSM is all moany about what a terrible precedent and he said he wouldn't and all that. The hell with it. Swing for the fences, Joe! They're going to whine about the shoes you wear next.
