If it IS the next pandemic, I nominate RFK Jr. to go personally investigate the effects of whole milk on transmissibility and viral potency of the pathogens.

A flare-up. That's far more likely than some new disease. "Flu-like" symptoms are common with many viral diseases.

So, we'll probably know after a bit which one has flared up.
