According to the UN, there are 8,410 Syrian refugees in the US. Is there a protocol for their return?

Approximately 3600 are seeking asylum, though I question whether it will be granted considering the new situation.

There are also around 4 million in Europe with over 3 million of those in Turkey. That is why Turkey was so invested in resolving the situation.
