‘I Was An Idiot!’ Young Turks Host Ana Kasparian Blasts Media Over Migrant Crisis in WILD Glenn Beck Interview

Ana Kasparian of The Young Turks ripped the “mainstream media” and credited Republican Texas Governor Gregg Abbott for waking her up to the country’s immigration crisis in a Saturday night interview with Glenn Beck.

Kasparian, a staunch progressive, said Abbott’s busing of migrants to Democratic-majority cities and how it impacted local politics in those places proved to her she had been lied to by a media that had been downplaying the country’s immigration issues.

“I can definitely be honest about my own flaws and my own mistakes because I bought the mainstream media narrative that there wasn’t a migrant crisis,” Kasparian told Beck. “And yeah, I did believe it. I believed because, look, I was an idiot because, I mean, Who do you trust in today’s media landscape?”
