With his false bravado, Trump is the most insecure president ever.

He talks about "what the Jan6 Committee did to him" as if they had no reason in the world to investigate him. As if he had nothing whatsoever to do with the attack on our Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Either he is incomplete denial or he wants folks to believe that he was unjustly persecuted and that he has every right to pardon everyone prosecuted for their actions on that day. He can't have one without the other. He cannot let his supporters think he is guilty and then pardon his violent mob. He can only do that by pretending to be innocent.

But he is not innocent. He is as guilty as sin. Just because he was not prosecuted does not make him innocent.
