Luiggi's parents own a country club,

and his cousin is a Republican delegate from Baltimore county.

His family owns Turf Valley and Hayfields Country Club, NBC News confirmed.

Mangione is the cousin of Baltimore County Delegate Nino Mangione, R-District 42A, the lawmaker's office confirmed.

about him. Psychotic breaks are definitely a thing for men ages 18-30 who had no symptoms when they were younger.

Huge family, very wealthy.

His family must have been frantic with worry if they lost track of him 6 months ago. Could be a mental health issue.
