Gallup: “Sixty-two percent of U.S. adults, the highest percentage in more than a decade, say it is the federal government’s responsibility to ensure all Americans have healthcare coverage.”

Also interesting: “Fifty-four percent of U.S. adults approve of the ACA, essentially tying the record-high 55% readings in April 2017 (during Republican-led attempts to repeal the law) and November 2020 (after Joe Biden won election as president).”

“They” really like the ACA but hate Obamacare. How do they choose? What is their criteria?

False memes and photos break people's sense of space and time general knowledge to further detach people from reality and objective science. That has been happening on Facebook in the last month (the false location, false person and false year posts). Lots of false posts as always but now they are going for the basic structures in our brain not just the narratives (which they have been attacking for decades).
