I have a vague recollection of seeing a fictional essay or short story which, based on what we know of 45's plans, told the tale of how daily life for most citizens will be negatively impacted. It was definitely written as fiction though. Maybe it was a series of short stories that were presented as letters from people sharing their horror stories.
Have you seen anything like this? TIA

(17,232 posts)letter that Thom Hartmann wrote to his wife, set in the not-too-distant future. I can't recall it all that well. Maybe he was writing to her from prison after being arrested for unpatriotic conduct or something like that? But the letter had many side comments about how much things had changed since Trump took office for the second time. Sorry that I cannot remember it better than that.

Starts off with the good life liberals have created, and ends with an essay in the world where conservatives get their way.
