Will Americans be able to travel abroad over the next 4 years ?

Other countries hate our new President/dictator.
Will folks snub Americans for being so stupid ?

abroad. It's not that other countries don't already have their own dreadful and incompetent leaders. And few people bother to learn much about internal US politics.

I find most of them know more about US politics, history and policies than the average American, excluding Italy possibly. But the money will keep their tourist industry going as long as money, ours and theirs have value. That is the unknown.

But they love our money. And as well all can see these days, money>everything else for most people. The rest of the world is not an exception to that.

There are so many things to worry about--just on the financial front alone. Honestly, a falling dollar hadn't even occurred to me. Another thing I love about DU, the people here are examining what's coming from so many different angles. It's truly helpful.

how Americans could pose as Canadian citizens.

But will we be able to travel? Probably, unless the new administration revives "No Travel" lists and populates them with the names of anyone who has ever offended His Orange Worship.

Israeli citizens cannot visit Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, and Yemen without a special permit. They are also prohibited from entering Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Sudan, and the United Arab Emirates.

Until 1990, US citizens without a visa couldn’t visit Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, or Germany east of the Elbe River. We still need a visa to visit Japan, and when my daughter worked with the UN War Crimes Tribunal in Sierra Leone, she traveled on her German passport, since the paperwork for Americans was more than she wanted to do battle with.

I was still a State Department Foreign Service Officer serving abroad during Trump’s first term, and foreigners certainly understand the difference between one’s government and one’s individual views.

Tips #1 thru 25:
LEARN THE LANGUAGE OF THE PLACE YOU’RE GOING TO VISIT.

Tip #26:
Be prepared to tell anyone willing to listen that you are one of the 48.6% (or whatever it was) that voted against the Republicans, and oppose everything they are doing.
