Cops are conducting so nighttime business near guy's apt building
guy yells "go get em boys" from the balcony
cop " if you say one more thing..."
Guy yells again
cop tracks him to his apartment
while talking to the guy (he should have remained inside his apt) suddenly "you are under arrest".
arrest thrown out of course.
