Posts about only the memo being rescinded and the Executive Order is still in effect will be death with by the courts

I have seen several posts that claim that only the memorandum was rescinded and that the executive order is still in effect. This issue is being litigated by some good lawyers before some smart judges. The various plaintiffs are checking on the status of the executive order and will not accept the statements of TFG's brain dead press secretary

The courts will not fall for a silly trick of claiming the termination of the memorandum moots the lawsuit(s) on this issue. The litigators are confirming that the statement of the idiot press secretary are either false or the current "administrative" order (the first judge hearing this case issued an administrative order which has the same effect as an injunction) and/or injunction(s) need to stay in effect.

The current press secretary is a true idiot and no litigator will pay attention to her statements unless they are confirmed.

There are other lawsuits pending or planned. The court has rejected the dismissal of the current injunction/administrative order. The courts will deal with this matter
