It's not really about finding misogyny attractive. It's about women not knowing how to recognize misogyny when it's in front of them, because they've never been taught how. It's about abusive men who know how to get a woman to trust them and how to manipulate her until she'll believe anything she's told.

There are a lot of silver tongued devils out there who will treat a woman like a queen and convince her that they're Mr. Wonderful, until they have her where they want her. They're as sweet and charming as they can be at first. The abuse doesn't start until later. This process is called grooming* and it's a very well-documented phenomenon.

By the time he shows his true colors, she's in so deep that she can't believe her own eyes and ears. How could this sweet, wonderful man possibly be mistreating her? This can't be happening, she must be imagining things...or is she? Did she did something to cause this? (The answer is "No," but an abuser will often lead his victim to believe otherwise.)

A man like this knows how to get a woman to listen to him and ignore her own instincts. He'll blame her for his own bad behavior and convince her that it's all her fault - or at least get her so confused that she doesn't know what to believe. It's a very insidious thing, and there are far too many women who don't know how to the recognize the danger signs that they are being sucked into an abusive relationship before it's too late.
