How is Tesla stock continue to rise while other car manufacturers tank?

I keep seeing Tesla stock rise despite the falling sales, the toxicity of Telsa due to Elon's instability and radical views, Cybertruck recalls, China's EV sales overtaking Telsa, China's advanced battery technology (4x the distance added after a 5-minute charge--BYD 400 km versus Tesla 106 km), the ridiculously inflated P/E ratio for Tesla...yet Tesla stock continues to rise?

There must be some manipulation, but I can't imagine it is sustainable. Feels similar to the housing bubble that eventually burst.

Stinks of corruption, but I'm not market savvy enough to know what sorts of manipulations can increase Tesla's stocks against all odds and all indicators.

Edited to add: I know Tesla makes more than just cars, but their battery technology (used for Solar battery backup, for example) is falling behind and production is slow. They announced a "Tesla Tiny Home" that at this stage is just a concept and not even close to production (if ever). I don't understand the jump unless it's those who have a ton more money than I do manipulating the market, artificially inflating the price to cash out. Musk has several accusations in the past of manipulating both Tesla stock and Twitter stock.

Tesla EVs sold in the U.S. are made in domestically, while other cars may cross the Canadian border as many as 8 times during their assembly.

Also, First Buddy Elon Musk has crafted special carve-outs for Tesla's China business.

to lead all three branches of government controlling the White House, the senate, the house.

Then you pack the SCOTUS with the easily bought republican maganazi judges, by having the diarrhea Don friendly heritage foundation provide international vacation packages and/or RV upgrade with exclusive Walmart parking lot parking privileges, to sway the vote.

When you accomplish all that, and you're a fascist party before country Putin glory hole, then manipulating the market is EZ-PZ.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens over the next few years. You don't think EV's will be the majority of cars by 2050?

Hydrogen cars seem incredible, but will the cost go down? Hydrogen fuel is currently more expensive than gasoline.

Unless all their STI all went into crypto, I find it questionable that there is that much TSLA money in crypto.

Musk had to have someting to do with the design of the Cybertruck. I can't think of an uglier symbol for Twitter than the "X" symbol he came up with, for example. Both the Cybertruck and the "X" have the same type of ugliness to them.

Compare to the DOT COM bubble in 1990s

Lots of idiot retail buyers.

Institutional investors are many times ALSO just riding the wave,
Both UP and DOWN

Stock movement in either direction makes one TONS of money
IF you choose the righ direction,,, for SHORT TERM TRADERS.

Long term ,, TESLAS is likely a TURD.

Short term, the MARKET MAKERS of Tesla can indeed manipulate share price,

I suspect there is also BILLIONS in stock trading being manipulated,

Kinda of a PUMP N DUMP.

When numerous ANALysts issue BUY or HOLD,
they usually have BIG HOLDERS DUMPING THE STOCK.

The stock market is a den of corruption

I have not seen the recent events with that. I think it is manipulation. The very wealthy investors are constantly manipulating the market. Elunatic was being investigated before he bought the election and now that has been cancelled. He totally lives off the US gov money, our money! See this article and others. His biz would be nothing without OUR money.

Other Great Americans, those who can afford cars, will be driving smokey oil burning antiques held together with Bondo and bailing wire, or brand new "traditionally styled" SUV death traps made out of cardboard and plastic.

In other words, the U.S.A. auto industry will become a joke.

"The law of gravity will win."

I honestly feel like we're observing Elon disassembling mentally in real time. He truly seems to be spiraling, doubling down on his hate and right-wing fueled conspiracy theories in a desperate attempt to regain a sense of control.

Both Elon and Trump are narcissists who crave adoration, but I think Trump isn't as affected in the same way as Elon is. I don't know how to articulate what I mean. It feels like Trump's short attention span and lack of intelligence give him a bit more protective armor. Yes, Trump will rage and rant and won't ever forget a slight (and will be deadset on revenge), but he also seems more capable of lying to himself about how great he is.

Elon doesn't seem to have that armor and can't deal with the idea that others he sees himself as superior to are showing him public disdain. He's spiraling.
