In fact, Adderall helps us to keep our focus and allows that split-second, to think before we act or speak, along with many other great benefits. It's called the "paradox effect". It is hard to tell because he has been on different drugs for many years now. Remember that crazy doc and his wife coming on tv to say how healthy he was etc? I think that doc was one of his adderall suppliers. In addition he was obviously snorting something at his first insane hrc debate where he blathered non stop a bunch of mostly incoherent ravings. He sniffed through the whole thing and yet THE MEDIA never said a word about any of it.
