That is all. As should be clear from understanding the separation of powers and what the Constitution says. Trump may at times think he's monarch, but we shouldn't think of him as one.

Unless "Mar-a-Lago" is part of the federal government and is intended to be communication as opposed to a proper noun, the EO has nothing to say about it.

Note that pretty much every language incorporates proper nouns from other languages. Nobody insists on talking about Swampy Place or Parisii-town. We say "Berlin" and "Paris." Or even saying "tongue" instead of "language" or "embodies" instead of "incorporates" or even "takes a stand on" instead of "insists." (I'll skip noting that 'place' was borrowed from French and 'proper' from either French or Latin).
