2. I like watching sports we seldom see in the USA.

I have no interest in watching basketball or tennis or any other sports where professional players make up all the teams.

Of course I watch the American athletes if it's a good competition, but it doesn't matter that much which country's involved as long as it's interesting and there's not a lot of jingoistic commentary. In that regard, the NBC Olympics app on cable and Roku is a godsend. Much of it is live, without any commentary.

MSNBC carried the Olympics today while t-rump was on....so much fun watching the athletes perform and routing for my favorites.

I'm not a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to team sports, but I do like the individual competitions. Things like equestrian events, gymnastics, the pool events, archery, I even watched a bit or crazy table tennis that was unlike anything I've ever played. Looking forward to some wrestling, weightlifting and the trampoline!

I still work out but I'm 59 now and don't compete. My workouts are to maintain what I still have.
