I don't know if drumpf can pardon Kushner for espionage, treason, both and maybe more.

Thereby preventing any trials and preventing any definitive evidence from being exposed?
Sure it makes him look guilty as hell but the Republicans have demonstrated that they will just look the other way and let him destroy our country for his own gain if it allows them to remain in power.
