3. I think TRUMP will pre-emptively attack NK- his ego demands it- and then China will be forced to

7. I think you're overly optimistic. TRUMP is the wildcard.

I think TRUMP believes he will survive no matter what, and once he attacks NK pre-emptively China will have no choice.

Can Trump launch the missiles all by his lonesome? Would the military really go along with a launch order? Assuming there are any rational people around Trump, wouldn't they make sure he can't carry out a launch threat?

Maybe not a nuclear pre-emptive strike, but a pre-emptive strike nonetheless.

world leader to treat him like a peer. Trump wants a fight, but I doubt he wants one w/ China. Still, we are all lesser beings and if his ego needs to be fed to the tune of a few million of us dying, then so be it. We have to hope and pray that someone can get thru to him.
