Grassley has slithered off into Parallel World where up is down and dark is light and Hillary Clinton is somehow not a private citizen but a viable political opponent.

(9,090 posts)for any communications they've had with russians the last 8-10 years while they were working for putin creating 'climategate' out of a russian hack, and trying to get the US to default on the debt - something even the kochs wouldn't want, for instance.
sam nunberg said he studied talk radio for trump in 2014 - who told him that was a good idea? is limbaugh getting freelance money? most of the russian trolling piggybacked years of talk radio. they studied it and used it - were they directing the blowhards at all? right now they're working hard for trump - 1500 radio stations attacking hiullary, mueller, dem investigators, and any republicans who threaten trump.

(563 posts)The only reason I can think of that they're not being investigated too is because they're too well connected in Washington. They're protected.

(33,643 posts)"You see this list, Cheetolini?
It means we KNOW ... these are the people involved in your conspiracy in some way.
All we need is a handful of them to turn States, and y'all are F'D"
Now, all of the recipients, with the exception of Twitter and Facebook are effectively simply going to tell her to get stuffed, and let the chips fall where they may, I guarantee it. They know the Traitorous Rethugs are in charge of these committees and both Houses, and they hold POTUS, so DiFi is effectively powerless to force any of them to do anything.
But the list of names and orgs ... put together like that, has very obvious implications that SHOUT ...
"You assholes are busted!"
And when Mueller proves it, a few lackeys will probably go to jail for a bit, like probably Manafort.
Maybe.
And that'll be it.

(37,648 posts)Although these are wealthy people who can pay lawyers to buy time, I'd be losing some sleep. I'd rather the Senate get those documents, though.
There's only one, I think, where the recipient has a chance of gathering all the documents in time. There's not enough time for the others to do that, so don't know what the game plan is on that. They have to respond to those letters by 11/6, to stop a subpoena or sanctions or something.
At least the Senate is moving on its investigation.
