PSA - Another Kidde fire extinguisher recall

37 million fire extinguishers manufactured since 1973. Includes models recalled in 2009 and 2015.

Go to Kidde.com, select the product recall section and search for your model / date manufactured / serial number. Fill out the appropriate forms and wait.

I have two - with one of them I was able to go through the Kidde recall web site and get the info entered for replacement. The second one didn't take for some reason, but when I called the person I spoke with was very helpful, we found that it was also affected by the recall, and I should have both extinguishers replaced shortly.
