WOMENS EQUALITY DAY Aug 26 Nationwide
Just announced Sunday, Aug 26, 2018 as a "Day of Action". Day of PROTESTS in 50 states. Indivisible, MoveOn, NARAL, etc just had a nationwide phone call about fighting the SCOTUS pick. We will be asking everyone to CALL, write, have town halls, write letters to the editor and make it personal. The SCOTUS pick will be on the court for 40 years. Dem reps Booker and Lieu want NO SCOTUS until after the investigation is over while others want it delayed until after the midterms. Whoever is picked from the Federal List of 25 has already said he will overturn Roe V Wade. Even if they say they won't they are lying. Blue states also must call and get their reps to write legislation to thwart the GOP efforts, use every tool and procedure available to delay or block the pick and confirmation, and to go the extra mile to publicly appear to the nation how they are resisting and to show our efforts.
