1 Million Veterans March in DC Nov 10

Protests are planned against trumps military parade. The large on is in DC and a few others have begun to plan too.

HERE ARE OUR DEMANDS:
Stop the glorification of war.
Return Veteran’s Day to Armistice Day, a day to celebrate peace.
Divest from the war machine and use public dollars for human needs and protection of the planet.
End the wars at home and abroad.

EVENTS:
Friday, Nov. 9, 2018 – Peace Concert and Peace Art at Catharsis, 5:00 pm to 1:00 am on the National Mall near the Washington Monument.

Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018 – Rally and protest during the military parade along the route. Exact location to be determined.

Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018 – Silent march led by veterans and military families. Location to be determined.

Washington, DC – Leaders of major peace and anti-war organizations met on February 28, 2018 to collaborate on actions to bring hundreds of thousands of people to Washington, DC in November to protest President Trump’s military parade and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the armistice that ended World War I.

2. That was my question too!

At least Putin won't be in town as the "guest of honor". I keep hoping that the blue wave will be a tsunami and that this parade is rained out due to the "blue flood" left by the midterms. It will be a giant embarrassment similar to "the largest inauguration crowd since the dawn of man". I hope the blue wave has sharks in it...he is terrified of them.🌊🌩
