Delivery company sues Mike Lindells MyPillow to collect on hundreds of thousands of dollars and put shipping debt to bed

Weeks after one shipping company claimed to be owed hundreds of thousands and filed suit in federal court, another is suing Mike Lindell’s MyPillow in Minnesota to collect on a debt north of three quarters of a million dollars.

The MyPillow salesman — embroiled in the $5 million “Prove Mike Wrong” case that he lost, facing a mountain of legal bills and civil litigation over his stolen 2020 election claims, and at times flirting with warehouse evictions — now faces a money-related case from DHL in Hennepin County.

The Star Tribune reported that the suit filed just this week claims MyPillow owes close to $800,000 and counting for its pillow delivery services over the years.

According to the report, as some 22 payments of $32,291.67 remained outstanding, DHL in July threatened to sue. The shipping company has now followed through on the threat, reportedly demanding $799,925.59 with 18-percent interest annually and attorney’s fees to cover the cost of having to file the case. The latest lawsuit is similar to the federal case that Extend, Inc. brought in late August in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

I think it would be better to try to act "Christ-like" rather than "advertising" that you are a Christian.

But to each their own.

Would love to see a bunch people at an airport or someplace he might be seen.

And each of them go up to him and say lumpy pillows.

That's gotta count for something right?

Even though NO ONE paid to watch his moustache being shaved off?

I bought a MyPillow because I didn't believe it to be true, but it was, so I bought one. I gave it to my cat (I have my own gel memory foam pillows that are cheaper and better), and she left a turd on it.

Yup, that's about right.

,but not super huge like Ford or GM, gets to this point where they have stiffed their transportation providers to this extent the other transportation companies are well aware of it. They will often only service a company like this if there is money put up in escrow and then drawn against for the freight charges. So his choices would be to fund it with borrowed money or to pull money from elsewhere. Neither of these options are going to be easy for him. He may already have been pledging a good percentage of his receivables for other financial assistance. If he has then that lender might work with him in order to try to still recoup amounts already fronted to him. You can end up with so much of your cash flow going to an entity that there is nothing left and the company is literally running and using every dollar to pay the percentage to that entity. It's a death spiral. Bankruptcy may not be far behind in those scenarios because literally every day is worse than the one before.
