Walz roasts Elon Musk for "skipping like a dips--t" at Trump rally

Democratic vice presidential candidate Gov. Tim Walz took aim at X CEO Elon Musk at a campaign stop Tuesday, blasting him as a "dips--t."
Why it matters: Walz shirked his "Minnesota nice" demeanor to scorch the billionaire who is helping bankroll former President Trump's campaign.
What he's saying: "I'm gonna talk about his running mate — his running mate Elon Musk," Walz told a Wisconsin crowd.
"Elon's on that stage jumping around, skipping like a dips--t," Walz said to laughter and cheers, referencing the tech mogul's appearance earlier this month at a Trump rally. Walz continued, saying, "That guy is literally the richest man in the world, spending millions of dollars to help Donald Trump buy an election."
State of play: Musk gave nearly $75 million in three months to his pro-Trump political action committee, becoming one of the newest GOP megadonors, per FEC filings made public earlier this month.
The world's richest man also pledged to give away $1 million every day to registered voters in battleground states who sign a petition from his pro-Trump PAC supporting the first and second amendments. His actions have stirred concern among some legal experts.
