Quite personable
The direction that Federalist Society has gone the past decade was a source of consternation for him
He was a libertarian at heart. Had little interest in authoritarianism
Small Fact: He was a believer in same sex marriage back in the 60s.
He believed that for government, marriage was about the contract and dispersal of property.
