This Trump idea is 'terrible, terrible, terrible,' most Americans say

Source: NJ.com

By Lauren Sforza | NJ Advance Media for NJ.com

Most Americans are not in support for President-elect Donald Trump’s plan to pardon the rioters who were charged in connection to the insurrection at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

CNN’s Harry Enten broke down the results from a recent Ipsos poll on Monday that asked Americans whether they support pardoning the Jan. 6 rioters. Trump has repeatedly vowed to pardon the rioters, calling them “hostages” at times and praising them as “patriots.”

CNN’s John Berman asked Enten what Americans think of the potential pardons on Monday.

“In a word, they think it’s a terrible idea. Terrible, terrible, terrible,“ Enten responded, noting that 64 percent of Americans oppose the pardons while just 30 percent favor it.

They seem to reflect all their hopes & wishes onto Trump then act surprised if they get around to noticing he doesn't give a damn about them. He even said it out loud as a rally or too.

It's all fun and games until the realize they aren't the group he cares about.

T and the R Magas turning their backs on the rule of law here in the US and his letting criminals flood our streets as TSF did in Iraq. An action that endangered our people as we tried to pull out safely under constraints of his written agreement with Afghanistan. They could dive into the documented problems of letting thousands of incarcerated people out on the street while he fills their ears with retribution against the Democrats.

Concepts of a plan to pardon, keeps him in the news.

He'll only do it when the coverage slows too much or stops. Then moving forward will get coverage for a while as his own people whine, let alone us.

If he does pardon the Capitol Hill insurrectionists, we need to get every republican officer holder to go on the record and state if they support what he's doing. Those that support him, we need to hammer it over and over and over to the voters that that republican supported the pardons of criminal insurrectionists.
