The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum closed abruptly Tuesday afternoon amid a flurry of mass firings at federal agencies across the government.

The effort to slash the federal workforce spearheaded by the Elon Musk-led Department of Government Efficiency hit the Boston-based intuition Thursday afternoon, when the National Archives passed down an order telling leadership to terminate probationary employees, former Rep. Joe Kennedy III said Tuesday evening.

The five employees affected “were the ones that were responsible for greeting visitors, the visitor experience … education, outreach, some of the rental activities and such that are revenue generating,” Kennedy said during an interview on WBZ. “But it also meant that today, for all the visitors that were there, they had to dismiss people inside the library today and close effective immediately and until further notice, because that’s the staff that is responsible for running the day to day operations of the library.”

“The library cannot function with that type of reduction,” a source with knowledge of the situation told POLITICO in a statement.

They choose not to object. What doge is doing is hurtful to the functioning of our country. If you are a Republican in Washington that apparently is okay with you. “Nazis, MAGAs, Republicans” the differences between these groups are narrowing everyday.

Trump also wants Air Force One to be repainted. Who came up with the jet airliner's baby blue paint scheme? The Kennedys, JFK and Jackie.

9. It's part of a Trump real estate plot

I'm not a conspiracy nut, but, with Trump and Musk at the helm . . .

Think about this:
1. Trump engineered the firing of the Board of Directors for the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in DC and installed his hand-picked Board members with himself as chairman.
2. Musk has now killed federal funding for the Kennedy Library in Boston.
3. Both the Kennedy Center and the Kennedy Library sit on PRIME REAL ESTATE: The Center on the Potomac, the Library on the ??? River in Boston.
4. Trump plans to drive both places into bankruptcy, buy them, convert them to condos, or, raze them and build condos.
