Andrew Tate has left Romania for the US by private jet, according to local reports.
The self-styled “misogynist influencer” is thought to have set off at about 5.30am local time (0300 GMT) on Thursday morning along with his brother, Tristan, according to antena3, a Romanian partner of CNN.
The pair, who are dual UK-US nationals, had been banned from leaving Romania since December 2023. The brothers were detained in December 2022 in a Bucharest suburb as part of an investigation into allegations of human trafficking and rape, which they deny. The pair were charged along with two Romanian women in June 2023.

Romania’s prime minister recently denied that Donald Trump’s administration had made an effort to lean on Bucharest to lift the travel restrictions. The Financial Times reported that Trump’s special envoy, Richard Grenell, spoke to the Romanian foreign minister about the Tates at a Munich security conference.

Of course Trump was concerned about Tate. He's a white rapist.

Did they buy one of drumpf's get in the U.S. gold cards?
The Tates will probably be appointed positions in the Department of Justice.
They'll be in charge of sex crimes, rapes, and human trafficking. Obviously they have experience in these fields.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have left Romania on a private jet and are believed to be heading to the US.
An official confirmed that prosecutors lifted their travel ban, and it is understood they left the country shortly after 5am local time from Baneasa airport. A flight tracker has shown their plane to be over the Atlantic Ocean as they head towards Florida.
The controversial influencer, 38, and his sibling, 36, are facing a series of criminal charges in the country including rape, human trafficking and exploiting women. Tate, a self-described misogynist, had been recently released from house arrest but was not allowed to leave Romania. Both brothers have consistently denied any wrongdoing, and face further legal battles in both the UK and the US.
They have been vocal supporters of President Donald Trump, with Romania’s foreign minister recently denying that the US administration had pressured Bucharest to lift travel restrictions. The Financial Times had reported that Trump’s special envoy, Richard Grenell, had spoken to the Romanian official about the brothers at the Munich security conference.
The Independent has approached their spokesperson for comment.

(103,429 posts)Paul Ingrassia was part of a team representing the Tate brothers in a defamation lawsuit they filed against several of their alleged victims.
But Ingrassia also acted as Andrew Tate’s publicist and says he got the self-described misogynist influencer onto a show hosted by Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host.
Ingrassia effusively praised Tate in online posts. In one dating from July 2023, he echoed far-right online talking points about moral decay in Western countries and called Tate “an extraordinary human being” who was offering “a dying West some hope for renewal”.

Ingrassia's just the piece of shit you'd expect to be in both Tate and Trump's orbit - keen on overthrowing democracy:
On Monday, ABC News reported that Ingrassia was pushed out of the Justice Department as liaison following clashes between him and the chief of staff over pushing to hire candidates with “exceptional loyalty” to the president.
CNN confirmed that Ingrassia is no longer at the Justice Department and his LinkedIn profile now lists him at Homeland Security.
...
In one post from January 2, 2021, Ingrassia called right-wing commentator Seb Gorka “soft” after Gorka rebuked a post that called for then-Vice President Mike Pence to be arrested and executed by firing squad for not supporting attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
...
Four days after the Gorka tweet, Ingrassia shared a blog post from his podcast that argued for the “martial law option” to keep Trump in power, urging him to use emergency powers to delay Joe Biden’s inauguration. The post claimed Trump had a “moral imperative” to ensure election security and called for a military-run re-vote in key battleground states where he had challenged the results.
