After being urged by a Fox News host, Donald Trump pardons war crimes
WRITTEN BY JOHN WHITEHOUSE

After being repeatedly urged on air by Fox News hosts, President Donald Trump has reportedly given pardons to Army Maj. Mathew L. Golsteyn, operator chief Edward Gallagher, and former Army 1st Lt. Clint Lorance.

This is yet another example of the Fox News pardon pipeline, as pardons in all three cases were heavily pushed on Fox & Friends, largely by Fox News host and former Guantanamo Bay guard Pete Hegseth.

. . .

In May, an Iraq War veteran warned against pardons for war crimes, saying, “It's bad for our national security. It's bad for our troops, it's bad for our global standing.”

Nothing would probably happen, though they might be competed to stay in the us, as travel abroad might result in arrest. I should probably google this, but it’s late, and I’m tired.

& found this:
"What differentiates the International Court of Justice from the International Criminal Court and the ad hoc international criminal tribunals?
The International Court of Justice has no jurisdiction to try individuals accused of war crimes or crimes against humanity. As it is not a criminal court, it does not have a prosecutor able to initiate proceedings."

Since we have declared that we WILL let that happen, we have no chance whatsoever.

The upper echelon of the Military are flabbergasted and really pissed off. Military commanders are saying that he is trying to obliterate the Military Justice System.

I say to the military commanders, so what. You all have stood by for three years saying not one fucking thing while he annihilated the U.S. Justice System.............

Next will be Trump taking control of the military, overthrowing the top command generals and admirals and imposing martial law throughout the nation, if a dem wins the presidential election he can get the Supreme Court to nullify the person voted in due to ballot discrepancies, and declare himself the winner, then throw out the constitutional amendment limiting his being president for only two terms, etc etc etc you could go on all night listing things that are possible/probable in the next thirteen months.........He is the Supreme Commander of the Military, don't you know.......

Every single person in the U.S. (including Trump Humpers) should be scared shitless and it's getting worse every single day.........

REMINDER: IT IS THE REPUBLIAN SENATE THAT IS ALLOWING FOR ALL THIS, TRUMP IS A MERE PUTIN PUPPET, WITHOUT THE REPUBLICAN SENATE BACKING EVERY SINGLE THING, HE IS MERELY AN INSECURE, PSYCHOTIC, NARCISSIST, PIECE OF CHICKEN SHIT...........

CHINFO referred to Gallagher over on Twitter by one of the biggest insults you can sling at a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy, he called him an E-7.
