Today I Watched Children Rocking in Fear During A School Lockdown

Today, I watched children rock themselves back and forth while under a lock down, fearing for their lives that a gunman was roaming their hallways. Someone had called 911 claiming a student had a gun (which was eventually deemed not credible). The NYPD thoroughly searched the school in the UWS and it took maybe 2-3 hours to clear it.

I was on the citizen app trying to understand what the hell was going on, and there was actually live streaming video from inside a classroom. (Kids: don’t stream video like that kids bc it can give away your location).

Anyways, it was so sad to see kids rocking back and forth and to read some comments from those scared kids. It was just another day where kids are at risk of gun violence, living in fear, sheltering under their desks. Thankfully no one got shot in this school today.

But F*** you SCOTUS for making it impossible for NY to regulate concealed guns in rulings in 2021 and 2022.

More guns in public places makes it so much harder to keep our kids safe. We need the freedom to be safe from gun violence here and throughout the US. --

1. They should go home and ask their parent to stop voting for the guns.

They will never do anything to protect real children nd everything to protect embryos that are not real children.

They're all about protecting the sanctity of life, until the child is born of course. Once you're out of the womb, you're on your own.
