(58,040 posts)He had another good one recently as well on Rove criticizing Hillary's "mental capacity" or some such because of her concussion he came back with something along the lines of, and I'm paraphrasing, "speaking of mental capacity, you mean the Carl Rove who was the last one to realize on election night in 2012 that the president was re-elected?"
Zing!
Carney is very quick witted, which would go good on the campaign trail. Hope he runs for something soon.

The Neocons and Chicken Hawks are back, carping about Obama's handling of Iraq.
They accept no fault and no responsibility. They try to re-write history. They invent new facts.
They lie and twist and blame Obama for every horrible outcome of THEIR invasion of Iraq.
Then they advocate "action" "air support" "drone attacks" "bombing". But they give no believable
explanation of where this will lead or how it will end.
What should we do? Simple -
Ban these guys from talking on TV and radio, inflaming the public and undermining the President.
Make them non-persons.
Is the media totally crazy? Why would anyone want to hear their advice, less follow it?
For a satirical take on the "chicken hawks" go to : http://stuartsdesk.com/Tea_Party_Tales.html

That would be against the 1st Amendment...

(15,503 posts)to face the Iraqi people. With no backup whatsoever.
Let them justify what they have done to those, along with our maimed or psychologically haunted vets, whom they harmed most.
The so-called "liberal" media who invite these war criminals to speak are paid shills for the corporatocracy. No less.

(85 posts)I agree 100%.
The just reward for warmongers, war profiteers, nasty ideological zealots and outright liars
is to make them face the people they have harmed.
Charter a 747 and load it up with Dubbya, Chicken-Hawk Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Condaweasel Rice, the 2 Kagan brothers,
Richard Pearle, Bill Kristol, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Charles Krauthammer
and the rest of them. Fly them to Iraq and let them loose in the desert.
To my mind, John McCain gets a pass - he's already paid his dues. Unfortunately, it seems to have
affected his mind. He is still fighting the Vietnam war which he is convinced we can "win".
Who have I forgot to mention?
For more on the GOP and Tea Party crazies please see cartoons on my website
http://www.stuartsdesk.com I've also added a new page "Hunt for Red November" about the GOP quest for the senate.

(12,504 posts)Instead he bastarizes Churchill's quote:
and turn into a hateful political sledgehammer. Instead of bolstering up and building on bravery, Cheney uses the quote to belittle and shame. May he rot in Hell.
