Most assuredly Washington DC. TLP has stated one of the main purposes off their ads is to make sure the Killer Clown sees them, and sees everyone making fun of him, just to get under his skin.

They play in other states too, I've seen 1 or 2 here in Western PA. TLP is spending $1 Million in Texas to play them in targeted areas, and to targeted internet denizens.

The key to 21st Century Campaigning is making sure the target audience sees the ads, not so much that the rest of us notice them. It's more cost effective, and way more effective.

Pence has weekly lunches with tRump. Pence is tRump's foreign policy guy and has spoken on multiple occasions with Zelensky about "corruption" hint hint (the Bidens) wink wink, so it would have to be a stretch that Pence knew anything about tRump's guilt, since everyone around tRump is involved in tRump's filthy guilt. Not a scientific study, I know, but the only evangelical I've ever known personally was a fellow school teacher. She came right out and told me that God doesn't mind if Xians like her break the commandments on things he doesn't care about.

One of the examples she gave was doing her taxes at work during the school day when she was supposed to be teaching a class. The other was cheating on her taxes. They simply do not practice what they preach for others.
