SCOTUS

Had a bad dream. What if SCOTUS is waiting to see is TFG wins, then if yes, on the day after inauguration say the president has immunity?
Then of course if Biden wins, no immunity.

Tell me I'm being paranoid, please.

ruling only applies to the particular circumstances of his cases and is setting no precedents which apply to other POTUSs because they declare it so. It is not like they are obligated to be intellectually consistent. They can do and say whatever the fuck they want, with the most nonsensical explanations, and there is nothing which will stop them.

What scotus says won't matter a hoot.

It will be irrelevant. Moot. Teats on a bull.

Tsf will merely ignore any ruling he disagrees with and/or intimidates into changing it.

There will be no functioning judiciary. No cases will reach them he disagrees with. They won't make any disagreeable rulings.
