And now when I hear about how AI is going to change the world I get scared thinking about what HAL did in that movie and don’t think highly of AI. And I hope the Harris/Walz administration and the Democratic controlled Senate and House in 2025 puts restraints on those companies developing and puts laws in prosecute those who imitate a person without their permission.

I can dream can’t I? I was so depressed 2 weeks ago after the debate and now it’s a brand new day of optimism for our future.

worried its going to be misused to hurt poor and average ppl. IOW, misused by the powerful.

Yes, hope! I was so upset when Biden was bullied out. I felt we just handed Trump the WH again. Now I feel so much better. Hopeful. I think we can pull this off

I've seen t dozens of times. The first time was in Cinerama in the theatre. What a great experience.
