Anyone else need a ride to the toasted tomato sandwich anonymous meeting.
I know our DU neighbor Diamond dog is riding along.
Probably my third sandwich in two days. Definitely taste of summer fresh tomatoes toasted sourdough mayo black pepper.

I don't eat bread.
However, I've been on a chicken salad kick lately.
I've been air frying 4 to 5 pieces of boneless chicken thighs at a time. After they cool down I store them in the refrigerator.
When the whim strikes me, I'll take a piece of chicken out of the refrigerator to chop it up. Add some mayo, diced celery, diced tomatoes, garlic , paprika, Lawry's seasoned salt and black pepper, mix it all up all in single serving bowl.
Yesterday I made egg salad instead of chicken salad so I can't wait to dig into that for today!

Only had three so far this summer and I had to use somebody else's tomatoes! Almost a sin except I HAD to have a toasted tomato sandwich which can only be made with fresh garden tomatoes, as you know.
