Holding office. I know SCOTUS ruled against Colorado keeping Trump off their ballot, presumably because he can't serve, but their ruling allowed Trump to run. Meanwhile, the constitution is still there, preventing an insurrectionist from holding office. SCOTUS invented a loophole... Confusion if different states had different ballots rather than supporting the constitution and forcing the GOP to find a candidate whose election wouldn't violate the constitution. If you'd like to post my inquiry, that's fine with me. I've existed all these years only replying!!!!

4. Trump was never convicted of insurrection, so the corrupt RW SCOTUS will never allow him to be blocked on those grounds

6. there was no trial, a court (I do realise the irony here in re the current SCOTUS) cannot convict without a trial
