From their years of researching the brain scans of people with a broad spectrum of abnormal behaviors, they made some astounding discoveries, and effected superior treatments for many patients who'd have not been improved otherwise

Thanks for posting this. The lesson to be learned here is to take care of your brain, just as you do your heart, your stomach, your lungs, etc. We talk about "heart healthy" diets and exercise. Just as important... "brain healthy" diets and behaviors. I'm pretty sure that alcohol consumption and marijuana smoking are not brain healthy habits. Also a strong hunch is that what is not heart healthy is not brain healthy either.
