Life is wierd

Had my horrid lunch date yesterday,
Last evening, I was antsy, so I visited my local Amvets.
Lo and behold! My old neighbors , when MrsK passed , are running the place! I got big hugs and good conversation.
Then he popped the question,
Didn't we used to sing together? I said, yep, but its been a while.
He said ,Wed, at 5, we are having a dinner, you and I will sing again.
Now, I'm just trying to find my voice again. I haven't sang in months
But, it feels good, to be, out and about

Im just trying, to remember the lyrics! My voice feels ok, as long as i remember, to breathe and not force notes.

I've been singing all day,,
I can't find that voice,that note, that hits my ear..
Too much sitting, too many cigarettes I'm kinda freaked now,, I can't sing
