They do take a little more work. But that is getting the dog to watch you. This can be done with treats easily. After that it’s pretty much the same as a normal dog. Make sure everyone who will deal with the dog knows and uses the same hand commands. The one thing about our dog was after the training she was very attentive to us. We did have a trainer come out to the house and show the family how to work with her.
