Many years ago I had an African Grey Parrot. I love parrots.

I also am a cat human, and currently have two cats living with me.

I've explained to my son that someday, if he needs to choose a nursing home for me, make sure it's one with resident cats. Preferably also resident dogs, birds, and other wonderful creatures.
