I just started seeing this bird behaviour - A woodpecker feeding at the loose food station.

Usually, they come in and feed on the formed bird-food in cages...and the suet, too. But coming in to the open feeder is a new occurrence.

I’m still hoping to see a pileated woodpecker on our property. They visit down the street and at the entrance to our development, but I haven’t seen one on our trees and been able to get a good pic of one.

Pretty soon it’ll be one of my favorite times of the year when I can chill at dusk after work and listen to the owls talking to each other.

first Cardinal of this year. Where are the rest? In past years they were very plentiful.

I haven't seen any Blue Jay's this year at all.

What's going on with the birds?
