If you love Architecture/Interrior Design /Trees & Nature: you're going to Love "Treehouse Masters": WB Ultimate Build.
...on (free) Pluto TV.
The builder is usually Pete Nelson and his crew. On rare ocasion his tree house designer, builder friend Roderick Remero.
His daughter (they live Washington State) usually takes pontential client calls from all around the USA, and passes on the general style requests. He goes out on site, and talks more w the client(s). Then he, and they go to pick out the (usually) trees, occasionally a single tree.
He sits down, and draws out a plan which he shows them.
Then we watch them build with tabs (metal rods through the trees, w occasion other bracing hardware); beams, joists, sub floor, floor, deck, sometimes an extra strengthening mid post, walls (with some stuff pre built in PN's Washington State build studio) and outer siding, door(s), windows, roof, sky light, stairs, or ramp, one, or occasionally a second floors, or a loft, with inner ladder, or stairs. Sometimes the tree goes through the deck, or even the house! Got electrican, plumbner. Occasionally a solid, or bouncy bridge to a second viewing platform.
Then his friend Tori arrives with a truck full of furniture, and other decorativr items for interior designing.
Each build has it own unique design, qualities, ccasionally challenges. For me it's so interesting, and fun!!! Yay!
Addendum: just saw a episode ["View from Above lll"] where they had clips, and we saw several more treehouse builders that Pete goes to see.
