(738 posts)I am pretty sure I see the 'actual cat' run across the floor and out of the bottom of the frame after a 'ghost cat' splits off and does the 'jump'. I ran it back at 25% speed. The 'ghost cat is never fully resolved, it's like a cat shadow that flies across the top of the frame.
See if you notice the same thing.

(738 posts)... there could be a second cat that tears into the room just as the 'original' cat turns to run, but something still doesn't look right, especially when you run it at 25%. The 'original' cat never even freaks out that much, even though the coat fell on it. The guy's reaction isn't right, either ... he never actually looks in the direction of the supposed crash, and the dog doesn't react to the crash, either. The guy actually turns to look at the coat rack first.
But it's still a pretty good clip.

(92,451 posts)One was beyond the doorway, that's the one that flew across the room. You can see it, just a little bit at the beginning, it seems to be why the other cat went over there.

(29,181 posts)If you look closely at the very beginning of the video, there are two cats, one can be barely seen at the door; and the 2nd cat is walking over to it.
Then the coat (or whatever) fell off the hook, and one cat ran away on the floor while the other cat jumped in the air so fast that it blurred the picture.
Also, if you look very close, the dog is tracking the flying cat through it's entire trip (through the air).
It's hilarious, imo.
