Charged by solar powered batteries? If so, what product is the best? And what outlet would accept power outside of the power button?

1. Look up portable power stations and many have a solar charging option.

These are mostly variously sized lithium ion battery packs and the have outlets on them that will support both conventional three prong plugs and USB cords. I got one several years ago and it has been great for travel, camping and home use in a power outage. I never got the solar charger array but many companies will sell you the whole package on Amazon or elsewhere.
